- Order cancelled before work starts
- Payment made due to technical error or duplicate transaction
Partial Refund
- Work partially completed
- Delayed delivery (beyond agreed timeline without valid reason)
No Refund
- Work delivered as per requirements
- Change of mind after delivery
- Misuse of services
- Failure to provide required information
3. Revision Before Refund
Clients must allow at least one revision opportunity before requesting a refund.
4. Payment Gateway Refunds
Refunds are processed via:

- 5–10 working days (depending on bank/payment provider)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Urgent/express delivery orders
- Completed customised academic work
- Approved drafts
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to service suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims
