2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Order cancelled before work starts
  • Payment made due to technical error or duplicate transaction

Partial Refund

  • Work partially completed
  • Delayed delivery (beyond agreed timeline without valid reason)

No Refund

  • Work delivered as per requirements
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Misuse of services
  • Failure to provide required information

3. Revision Before Refund

Clients must allow at least one revision opportunity before requesting a refund.


4. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds are processed via:

  • Razorpay
  • Stripe

Processing time:

  • 5–10 working days (depending on bank/payment provider)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Urgent/express delivery orders
  • Completed customised academic work
  • Approved drafts

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to service suspension
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims
